My mother has always told me to drink a lot of water and I am somebody who flouts that completely.
I make up for it by using moisturiser. I also use a Neutrogena SPF 55
sunscreen and sometimes an aloe-vera gel. I try my best to remove my make-up as soon as possible ,
I remove every single
speck of kohl and
everything. I never sleep with make-up on. |
I am 32. I have waist-length hair which has begun greying. I dont want to dye my hair. I cant reverse the greying but can I do something to stop it?
Shreya
Go for a high protein diet and start massaging your hair with a good brahmi amla oil. There is no way that you can reverse the greying process but regular hair care will help. Use a good quality henna and add indigo powder to it. Also if your greying is hereditary theres not much you can do about it, however if its stress induced then try and reduce your stress and think about lifestyle management.
I am 29 and have combination skin. Every morning I eat a piece of raw turmeric and some neem leaves. I was told that this is good for the skin. How does this work? What else can I do to keep my skin glowing? Does turmeric and milk help?
Malini
I would expect that if someone has given you some advice you should have asked how it will help you.Usually turmeric given internally with milk helps wounds and aching joints. Neem too is a wonderful antiseptic when taken internally. Both are good for the skin used externally and internally. Start using orange peel, dried neem leaves mixed with rose water and 1 tsp of whole wheat flour to make a wonderful scrub. Eat healthy, live healthy and enjoy glowing skin.
