Kohima, Oct. 20: Director, Administrative Planning Institute of Nagaland, and electoral roll observer for Mokokchung district, V. Sheshank Shekhar, has said the percentage of electors in Mokokchung district is abnormally high and called for steps to clean the electoral roll.

by deleting names of the dead, underaged, non-residents and bogus voters during the ongoing special summary revision of electoral roll.
