Dhubri, Oct. 19: The 19 Madras Regiment today distributed blankets among the inmates of a women rehabilitation centre during a function at Halakura Nari Niwas in Dhubri district.

Agomani block development officer Nila Saikia and some local organisations also participated in the programme.

They promised to extend help to the 16 women, including two minors, of the centre.
