Calcutta, Oct. 19: The government will extend financial concessions to Dunlop only if the company reopens the Sahagunj factory and submits a roadmap.

Calcutta: The cabinet on Wednesday cleared a proposal to recruit police personnel from Jungal Mahal. State police and traffic police departments will also undertake a recruitment drive.
