Kids’ heat

Los Angeles, Sept. 22 (PTI): Actor Brad Pitt says his six children are “putting on the heat” for him and partner Angelina Jolie to get married.

The couple have been together since 2005 and raise three adopted and three biological children — Maddox, 10, Pax, seven, Zahara, six, Shiloh, five, and three-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.        

“The kids are putting on the heat. They really are,” he said in an interview with talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

However, Pitt, 47, and Jolie, 36, have said they would not wed until gay marriage is made legal throughout the US. “We live in this great country that is about freedom. It is defined by our freedom and equality and yet we allow this discrimination to go on.”
