Alipurduar, Aug. 7: The decomposed body of an adult leopard was found on Chuapara Tea Estate in Kalchini block on Sunday, reports our Alipurduar correspondent.

The carcass was spotted in section 24 of the garden, which reported a large number of leopard attacks on workers recently. The estate is located 42km from here.

Foresters said the leopard had died four-five days back and it might have been killed. “We are waiting for post-mortem report,” said a forest officer.
