Purulia school in final

Purulia Zilla School will meet National English School in the final of the boys section at the West Bengal State Inter School Table Tennis Championship. Purulia blanked Patha Bhavan 3-0, while National beat Don Bosco 3-2 on Wednesday. In senior boys’ category, Naihati Narendra Vidyaniketan beat Lycee 3-0 in a semi-final match while Kalyani Public School defeated St. Xaviers’ Institution (Panihati) 3-0.

Western Railway’s men’s team became the champions with 40 points in the 8th Men and 2nd Women’s All India Railway Powerlifting Championship organised by Eastern Railway Sports Association.
