New Delhi, May 22: Women professionals are moving up in the corporate ranks encouraged by the flexible working hours they get from their employers, an Assocham survey said. “Due to flexi working hours, childcare facilities at offices and options of working from home, women professionals are moving up the corporate ranks and managing home as well with aplomb,” the survey said.
