Rebel quizzed in jail
Patna:
An Uttar Pradesh police team, led by Sonebhrandra superintendent of police Deepak Kumar, visited the Bhagalpur Central Jail to interrogate V. Subramaniam, a central committee member of CPI (Maoist), who was arrested from Katihar district recently. ources said Deepak visited the jail on Monday and quizzed Subramaniam, who had lived in Meerut before moving to Bihar, for an hour.

The Khajekala police on Tuesday recovered the body of one Sanjay Kumar, who was allegedly beaten to death by miscreants The deceased is a resident of Gurhatta area under Khajekala police station of Patna City.

Patna:
A 32-year-old deranged person committed suicide by hanging himself in his house at Ashok Nagar area under the Kankerbagh police station on Tuesday. he incident took place at around 7.45 pm today, the police said. he family of the Subhash Kumar, the deceased, consisting of his parents, were in the same house but in a different room. The boy closed the door quietly and hanged himself.
