Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit software engineers and trainees mostly through campus interviews from reputed engineering and management colleges. We also use our internal sources and maintain a CV bank for fresh candidates.

Mid-career recruitment

Priority is given to candidates with five to eight years of experience in the software and IT sector. We generally advertise in newspapers and portals, but also take the help of consultants. We have referral schemes, too.

Terms

We do not have any contractual system. Retirement age is 58. We try to retain exceptionally good employees.

Postings / transfers

Our global delivery centre is located in Calcutta but employees may be required to work in projects across any location as a condition of service.
