Siliguri on Friday. The model train (or the Change Express if the name is literally translated) set atop a truck was used to campaign for Siliguri’s Trinamul candidate Rudranath Bhattacharya. While the train is a symbol of the railway ministry which Trinamul chief Mamata Banerjee now heads, the name of the express denotes the “change” (paribartan) that she has promised to bring to Bengal.
