The Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, is inviting applications for its summer fellowship programmes from engineering and science students. The fellowship amount is Rs 5,000 and a book grant of Rs 1500.

• Eligibility:

Students in the first year of MSc in science disciplines (biological sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics) or third year of BE, BTech or eqivalent degree during the academic year 2010-11.

Edudigm, an IIT Kharagpur alumni initiative, in association with The Telegraph in Schools is conducting the third edition of the All India Merit Scholarship Test across 12 centres in eastern India for admission to its mentoring programmes.
