12-hour bandh

Dibrugarh, March 31: The All Assam Muttock Yuba Chatra Sanmelan has called a 12-hour Dibrugarh and Tinsukia bandh from 5am on Friday protesting against the government’s alleged failure in arresting the culprits who attacked some students of the community on Sunday during electioneering in Chabua.

Boycott plea
