Sourav is to play T20 for MCC

Mumbai: Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly will be again playing in the Emirates Twenty20 tournament in Dubai, next month. Ganguly has been included in a star-studded MCC side that will take part in the event starting on April 1, a release said. “It is an honour and a pleasure to represent MCC. I am absolutely delighted to have been invited to play for the club,” Ganguly said.

India beat Iran

IHF letter

Mumbai: The IHF has accused the FIH that its rival body HI has been made a member of FIH through the back door. The IHF letter of March 12 stated, “HI did not and/or could not have legally provided an IOA endorsement or attestation in November 2008 ” as HI was not in existence three years ago.
