Recruitment policy for management trainees

This year, we plan to recruit management trainees from select business schools. We often recruit fresh engineers from institutes such as Karrox, NIIT and the Indian Institute of Hardware and Technology.

Mid-career recruitment

Typically, 20 per cent of our annual hires are recruited through our referral scheme called Buddy Scheme.

Terms

New employees are put on a six-month probation. Retirement age is 58. We don’t hire people on contracts.

Postings / transfers

We have offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai and Delhi. Our employees are typically based out of the offices they are recruited for. There are not too many inter-company transfers.
