Cricket fever is at its peak with Royal Challenge presents The Telegraph Cup Cricket 2011 for Corporates. Sixty-four teams will be battling it out for a month. The teams have been divided into 16 groups with four teams in each group. At stake are the Main Plate, the Loser’s Plate and the Bowl Plate. Matches are being played in league and knockout stages. There will be a total of 161 games. Berger Paints, HSBC EDP, Tata Steel and Selvel are some of the major participants. The mood of the competition is like that of a carnival with a DJ providing some music as the players change gears. Elimination starts in the knockout stage, March 5 onwards.
