Recruitment policy for management trainees

We have not yet begun recruiting management trainees as the company is a start-up. We plan to begin the process in January 2012.

Mid-career recruitment

We do not advertise. Depending on the level of the candidates required, we take the help of executive search consultants. We also use employee referrals and recommendations from contacts.

Terms

There is no contractual employment in our company. Employees undergo a six-month probation period. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Our offices are located in Chennai and Mumbai. We will be opening one in New Delhi soon. Employees may be transferred from one place to another.
