Alert! BumP Ahead

At the STAR Screen Awards, former lovers Sallu and Ash almost bumped into each other. Almost being the keyword here.

The closing act of the event was to be performed by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to many of her hit numbers, for which she reached backstage well in advance. Make-up done, Ash decided to move to the nearby lounge and wait for her call-time.

As the actress was about to enter the lounge, she bumped into Vidya Balan and the two exchanged pleasantries. (The Bachchans are fond of Vidya and there’s no problem between the two lovely ladies!) But moments later, Ash was seen beating a hasty retreat from the lounge and kept standing outside till it was time for her to take the stage.

Just when onlookers were questioning why Ash was not lounging in the lounge, out strode the answer: Salman Khan. The Dabangg superstar was oblivious to the drama playing out around him.

Ash on her part never went back to the lounge. Was it Vidya who had sounded off Ash? Or did she take a peek and retreat? We would never know that one!
