dressing up manisha: Agnimitra Paul had a special assignment last week — dressing up Manisha Koirala. The actress was in town to do some Dadagiri with Sourav Ganguly. “I just got half a day to put her wardrobe together. I chose a white linen sari — a Phulia weave — with a navy blue, zardozi and maroon border. For the Bengali feel, I gave her some kohl and a maroon bindi,” said Agnimitra.

To add a touch of the Sixties, Manisha got a low bun with a bouffant. Meenakari jhumkas in gold, maroon and green added some jewel jazz. Manisha, of course, topped it off with her smiles and loads of charm.

Charmed:

He runs a circus and she’s a snakecharmer. That’s what Tollywood’s man of the moment Indraneil Sengupta and Rituparna Sengupta play in Anjan Das’s January 7 release Bedeni. “This is the first time I worked with Ritu and she is such a versatile actress. I learnt a lot from her,” gushed Indraneil. “He is very hard-working and talented,” said Rituparna, joining Indraneil at Princeton Club to promote Bedeni. “I too have worked very hard for this film. I speak a dialect and have a tanned look,” she added.
