Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit from universities that have courses in nutrition and dietetics. We also visit institutes for candidates with MBS degrees.

Mid-career recruitment

We do this with the help of consultants and newspaper advertisements. There is also an employee referral scheme.

Terms

Retirement age is 58 years.

Postings / transfers

Employees may be posted anywhere in India, but we try to place them at their home location if we have operations there. Transferability is a clause of employment. Transfers are based on the need of the management or request of the employee.
