We are in the process of evaluating campus hiring.

Mid-career recruitment

We give preference to internal job postings. External recruitment is done only when there is no suitable internal candidate. We use our database, portals, employee referrals, newspaper advertisements and consultants for this.

Terms

We hire candidates for both permanent, full-time positions and fixed-term contracts, depending on the business requirement. Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We have offices in 20 locations across India. Employees may be transferred from one group to another.
