Senior citizens want DC to stay
Kokrajhar: The Senior Citizens Forum of Udalguri and Greater Udalguri Development Committee demanded stay of the transfer orders of outgoing deputy commissioner of Udalguri district, S.S. Meenaxi Sundaram. In a news meet on Saturday evening, the two social organisations expressed shock at the sudden transfer of Sundaram by the state government and demanded that he stayed for at least one more year in the greater interest of Udalguri.
