For senior management levels, we take the help of niche executive search firms. For middle management, we partner with specialised consultants. References and job portals are also used.

Terms

We operate with both permanent and contractual employment schemes. Our retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

We have offices across India and in Dubai and Brussels. We also have joint ventures in Sri Lanka. There is a talent management and rotation process through which critical talent is moved across roles every two or three years. Employees may also be transferred across companies since we belong to a bigger entity of RPG group which is diversified.
