Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit mainly through job portals. As of now, we do not visit campuses but do hire through their placement cells.

Mid-career recruitment

We prefer to hire freshers or persons with up to two years’ experience and train them from scratch. Generally, we use portals and newspaper advertisments. Employee referrals are also taken into consideration.

Terms

Employees are hired on an assignment basis. The company does not follow a contractual system.

Postings / transfers

Our employees are likely to be posted in Delhi, Gurgaon and Mumbai, where we have company owned facilities. We also have around 67 learning centres across India.
