Multa arrested

Dhubri, Aug. 27: A Multa activist, Hazrat Ali, 40, was apprehended with three crude bombs by the BSF today from number 10 riverbank Char village of Dhubri.

Bangladeshi

Dhubri: A Bangla-deshi, Sahadat Ali, 38, of Dumoria village was arrested by Gouripur police from Rouwa Masjid in Dhubri on Friday.

Train derails

Dibrugarh: The engine of Dibrugarh-Yashwantpur Down Express derailed at New Dibrugarh railway station at 7.10pm on Friday. No one was injured.
