Recruitment policy for management trainees

We generally do not visit campuses as we prefer to look internally first. Applicants who apply directly are called for interviews as and when required.

Mid-career recruitment

Recruitment at this stage is done with the help of job portals. We also place advertisements in newspapers.

Terms

All employees must undergo a six-month probation period. Retirement age is 55 .

Postings / transfers

Our employees are posted at our office in Calcutta. However, there may be inter department transfers — for example, among Internet marketing, Web hosting, Web development, Web maintenance, e-commerce and SMS marketing.
