Hacked to death

Tinsukia, July 20: Police recovered the bodies of Naju Yadav, 33, and Barma Yadav, 55, from the No.5 division of the Keyhung tea estate under Bordubi police station in Tinsukia district this morning. Both of them were hacked to death. No arrests have been made yet.

Ziro bandh

Itanagar: The Ziro Contractors’ Association has called a 12-hour Ziro Hapoli bandh on July 27 in protest against alleged non payment of bills by the PWD.
