Satyam result delay

Mumbai, June 14: Mahindra Satyam has sought permission from the Company Law Board (CLB) till September 30 to submit various documents required by the statutory authorities.The company has also sought exemption from publishing the quarterly results from the December 2008 quarter to the March 2010 quarter. Last year, the CLB had extended the deadline to June 30, 2010 for filing of all the documents.

New York, June 14: Moody’s has downgraded Greece government bond ratings into junk territory, citing the risks in the euro zone/IMF rescue package for the debt-laden country.

New Delhi, June 14: ForePoint Management, a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, has purchased 1.1 lakh additional shares of hospital chain Parkway, controlled by Fortis Healthcare, at a price of Singapore $3.85 per share.
