The latest in the line of fashion and lifestyle caravans to roll into town is Cherry Orchard 2010, in association with t2. Spearheaded by Shradha Saraf and Shilpi Goenka, its third edition will showcase designers, jewellery, silverware, gift items and accessories. Designed on the theme of a Turkish bazaar, the highlight of the event is that all the designers will be showcasing brand new collections. On the fashion front are established names like Manish Arora, Nitin Bal Chauhan, Shane & Falguni Peacock, Priyadarshini Rao, Rina Dhaka and Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna. Also adding to the list are Aditi Bagchi, Aditya Dugar, Anuj Sharma, Cherie Agarwal, Arjun Agarwal, Deepika Gehani, J Square, kSara by Shradha Saraf, Paracas, Payal Singhal, Ravage, Roliana, Benaras Splendour, Saffron Hues, Sanchita Julka, Sejal Kanoi, Shyam Narayan Prasad, Sonam by Sonam Kejriwal, Stuti Modi, Tuhina & Parul Shukla, Verb-Pallavi Singhee, Vivek Kumar and Jaya Misra. Guests can have their fill of jewellery from the stalls of Mangat Rai and Royal Orchid Jewellery. Balaji Creations, Fresco — Tableware Extraordinaire, Kaji, Kaya Skin Clinic, Nehaz by Neha Poddar and Spacio are there to take care of lifestyle shopping needs. Adaa, Bansri Joaillerie, Jool Kurry, Kokomo, Shweta & Nitesh, Symetree, TAD and Vasundhara Mantri offer enough choice as far as accessories and gifts go. Tired feet can find solace with feet massage by Amoda. For the hungry visitor, there will be platter-picks from Hyatt Regency and Little Pleasures with a whole lot of Lebanese yummies. A DJ will also spin.
