Allahabad, April 3 (PTI): A man today claimed to be the Delhi police commissioner after being caught without a ticket on the New Delhi-Gaya Mahabodhi Express.

The passenger, who later identified himself as Anmol Kumar, was taken into custody by the Government Railway Police in Allahabad.

Nothing has been found on him so far to confirm his identity, GRP officers said.
