Ranchi, March 22: Deputy chief minister Raghubar Das today directed the secretaries of different departments to prepare roadmaps for three months. He also stressed on steady achievement of the set targets.

The secretaries will have to tell the chief secretary what they intend to do on a priority basis in the next three months. They also need to make both budgetary expenses and revenue realisation projections.

The officials were also asked to ensure regular conduct of purchase committee meetings and presence of committee members at such meetings. Monthly reviews by the chief secretary, too, ought to be followed strictly.

“Some secretaries narrated their problems. Our government is serious about working out viable alternatives at the earliest. Smooth execution of development schemes is at the top of our priority list,” said Das.
