Test ticket sales from Feb. 13

The CAB will issue tickets for sale to the public on February 13, a day prior to the start of India’s second Test match against South Africa, informed association president Jagmohan Dalmiya. Dalmiya, along with joint secretary Biswarup Dey and treasurer Subir Ganguly, met senior police officers at Lalbazar to discuss the security arrangements.

Skating squad

The nine-member Bengal squad for the 47th National Speed Skating Championships in Nagpur from Wednesday. They are Boudhyan Nag, Lipika Biswas, Khush Maroo, Mihika Rungta, Tanishka Jaiswal, Shubham Agarwal, Mayank Kanoria, Shiksha Maheshwari and Alimuddin Ansari.

Hole-in-one

Pawan Kumar Agarwal made a hole-in-one at the second hole (143 yards) on January 9 at the Royal Calcutta Golf Club, according to a release.
