XLRI meet concludes

Jamshedpur, Jan. 31: The second national conference on Solutions for Inclusive Growth at XLRI has given its student unique a chance — to study and help underprivileged people of the country.

Intergreater, a Bangalore-based social firm, would give this chance to the students.

“This is a platform where students and working professionals can share their innovative ideas to help the needy and bring about social development. Students who want to share their ideas or contribute to bring about development will just have to sign up and register themselves on our website,” said Kalyan Akkipeddi, the founder president of Intergreater, who was at XLRI to deliver a presentation.

Intergreater has already roped in students of International Management Institute, New Delhi and has approached XLRI for the same.

“This is a great initiative and will make students aware of the plight of the underprivileged,” said Madhukar Shukla, co-ordinator of the conference and chairperson of Social Entrepreneurship Trust, XLRI.

On the concluding day of the conference, students also compiled a booklet of 30 resolutions. The concept behind the resolutions is to help bring a change in the society.
