Recruitment policy for management trainees

Recruitment is for staff and faculty members. Professionals may walk in or email their CVs. Referrals are made by the institution’s own faculty or friends and colleagues in industry. We also advertise in newspapers.

Mid-career recruitment

We take the help of consultants for staff and administrative positions. Faculty recruitment is done through referrals and advertisements.

Terms

We follow a contractual system. There is no retirement age for talented people.

Postings / transfers

Staff and faculty are posted in Calcutta, Pune, Noida-Delhi and Bangalore. Employees may also get posted to the new campuses in Kanpur, Patna, Ranchi, Nagpur and Calicut. However, there is no transfer policy; requests for transfer are entertained.
