Hong Kong: Jyoti Randhawa rode on a blemish free back-nine to card three-under 67 and leap to the tied 10th spot after the penultimate round of the UBS Hong Kong Open Saturday.
Randhawa picked up five birdies against a couple of bogeys to total eight-under 202 after three rounds and be the highest-placed Indian on the leaderboard. Among other Indians in fray, Rahil Gangjee rose 10 places to tied 33rd.
Overnight tied 12th, SSP Chowrasia had a disappointing day, turning in a three-over 73 to slip to the tied 46th spot.
Further down, Shiv Kapur also signed an over-par card — a two-over 72 — to slide 16 places to tied 50th with a total of two-under 208. Jeev Milkha Singh was also tied for the 50th position. (PTI)
