Imtiaz Ali is the man in the middle. Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor had revealed that the Jab We Met director is planning a film with his son. Ranbir himself has gone on record saying that he regrets not being able to play Saif’s character in Love Aaj Kal.

So, with Katrina saying that she would love to work with Imtiaz Ali, the actress is sending out signals to the director that she would like to be paired opposite Ranbir in his next movie.

Knowing Imtiaz, it won’t be easy for Kats, unless the script suits her. Otherwise Kats would not even be considered just like Deepika was chosen over Kareena for Saif’s first home production.
