Emmanuel N. Lall

Shillong, Nov. 4: Emmanuel N. Lall, a former faculty of the North Eastern Hill University (Nehu), Shillong, died on Tuesday (November 3, 2009).

He was 71.

The professor taught English in at the university till he retired and was widely respected for his scholarship and teaching.

The funeral will be held at Pir Mohani Cemetery in Patna at 3pm on Thursday.
