This is usually done through newspaper advertisements and placement consultants. Our employee referral scheme has also been a success.

Terms

The probation period is generally six-months at the junior level. The company takes care to provide quality food and lodging for employees at project sites.

Postings / transfers

Employees are posted at our corporate office in Calcutta, the factory in Meghalaya as well as the marketing offices in Guwahati and elsewhere in the Northeast. Employees are posted and tranferred as per requirement.
