Polaris move in Europe

Polaris Software Lab is planning to expand its footprint in the European markets. The company sees Sweden as a potential hub to cater to northern, central and eastern Europe, Polaris EMEA chief operating officer Chander Singh said. Polaris is considering joint venture alliances with local service providers, system integrators and others to be able to serve customers in Sweden and other Baltic and Nordic countries.

ITC Ltd has issued and allotted 33.96 lakh ordinary shares of Re 1 each under its employee stock option scheme. The company allotted the shares after the employees holding over 339 lakh options exercised their right to get these converted into shares.
