Explosives recovered
Diphu, Aug. 3:
Security forces recovered a huge quantity of explosives from Ingtigaon at Hamren subdivision in Karbi Anglong district today. The consignment is suspected to belong to the KLNLF. Three persons have been picked up for interrogation.

Elaborate preparations have been made for smooth counting of votes for the election to five civic bodies in Dhubri district from 8am on Tuesday. The results of all the wards will be out by 3pm.
