Reason for joining the show: I wanted to know if I could survive in tough conditions.

Most challenging experience before coming on the show: Being on the construction sites in the heat for three years. Otherwise I have a luxurious life.

Toughest task on the show: Constructing a lighthouse. The steel plates were so heavy that it is a wonder that we could drag it to such a height. These had to be bolted together with nuts. The lighthouse was 50ft high and we often fell from considerable heights.

Negative points of rivals: Ali is disrespectful of women. He spat on Sumisha and robbed her guineas. He also abused Koneenica (Banerjee, the Tollywood actress). Sanju was voted out and came back on a wild card. So he got a full month’s break unlike us. And he cries so much that he is either not real or he is a joker. Rashid has supported me all though but he cannot control his anger.

Plans for the Rs 1 crore winner’s booty: I’ll start a new life, i.e. a new business — may be a restaurant, a bar or a night club.

Rashid Ali

Age: 28

Hails from: Delhi

Profession: Trade in dietary food supplements

Describe yourself: Hum befazool kisiko satatey nahin.

Most challenging experience before coming on the show: Zindagi mein kuchh bhi karna baki nahin — dhoka, cement lootna, taxi chalana….

Toughest task on the show: Kheti karna. Bail gol gol ghum rahe thhe aur humko 500 chaara lagana tha — kela, nariyal, cocoa palm…

Negative points of rivals: Ali is badtameez, does not respect women. He may be good-looking but he is evil inside. Puneesh sticks to his word he is so adamant; he is the one who kept Sanju in top 4. Sanju hai ek rone ki dukaan, emotional atyachaar.

Plans for Rs 1 crore winner’s booty: Utna paisa milne se pagal ho jaunga. Maa ko ek chhota ghar banwa dunga. Behen ki shaadi karwana hai.

Sanjeev Gupta (Sanju)

Age: 30

Describe yourself: A fun-loving guy

Reason for joining the show: I was fed up of Page 3 journalism and was looking for another kind of opportunity.

Most challenging experience before coming on the show: Crashing into the Prime Minister’s party hosted in honour of Pervez Musharraf, carrying a camera. Imagine, Rani Mukerji was a special guest and Rahul and Sonia Gandhi were there with their SPGs!

Toughest task on the show: Sustaining myself without basic necessities like soap.

Negative points of rivals: Rashid loses his temper. Puneet is over-the-top with everything. When he is good, he is too good to be true. Ali is all shit. Don’t know which planet he came from.

Plans for Rs 1 crore winner’s booty: Take care of family needs so that my son has a bright future. I also want to do something for poor needy kids.

Ali Mughal

Age: 24

Hails from: Jammu

Profession: Model by day, fitness trainer by night.

Describe yourself: Good with good people, bad with bad people.

Most challenging experience before coming on the show: Getting out of Jammu where people do not dream big and surviving in big cities, sometimes on one meal a day. I am not well-educated... not from a well-to-do family.

Toughest task on the show: Making the light house. The alignment was so tricky that even if we got the angle of one joint wrong the whole thing would have come crashing down. Carrying the tin roof to the top was a near-impossible task, it was so heavy.

Negative points of rivals: Rashid did nothing to reach the final, he only followed Puneesh. He has no brain. Sanju has too much female hormone, Puneesh has no feelings.

Plans for Rs 1 crore winner’s booty: Ek crore kahan? Tax katega. My dream is to take my parents on a world tour. Some relatives are in trouble. I should also help them too.
