Trader mugged

Islampur, June 30: Md Rafique Alam, a mango merchant, was robbed of Rs 48,000 at Old Station Road here yesterday evening.

Islampur police said Alam was returning home when the robbers snatched the cash from him at gun-point. He was assaulted also.
