Mostly through résumés posted on our portal. We also visit campuses for recruitment and absorb management trainees referred by leading communication institutes.

We take the help of HR consultants, HR portals and employee referral schemes.

Terms

We do not have contractual employees; all them are full-time and on the rolls. As a policy, we hire professionals aged between 25 and 35 years. The retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at the corporate office in Calcutta or in Durgapur and New Delhi. We plan to have branches in all major districts of the state in the next six months.
