Jamshedpur, June 21: Its time to relish the fruits of hard work for students of Prerna Classes.

The IIT-JEE coaching centre has organised 12th annual prize night today to reward the students who have come up with flying colours at the entrance examination to the premier institute.

“Every year we recognise the hard work of our students to give a pat on their shoulder for their feat. Thousands of students aspire to get into IIT and when our students are among the few chosen we feel happy and congratulate them for their achievement,” said Pramod Dubey, the director of Prerna Classes.

About 70 students of Prerna who have qualified for IIT, medical and other engineering programmes were awarded tonight. Sixty-three students have qualified for IIT mains while 350 have made it to the extended merit list.

The top 18 students were given a cash prize ranging between Rs 8,000 to 15,000.
