We recruit through newspaper advertisements, consultants and campus interviews.

Mid-career recruitment

It is done mostly through advertisements and employee referrals. We always do a background check on candidates. We also take help from consultants in some cases.

Terms

Freshers are on probation for a year whereas people with experience are put on the rolls from day one.

Postings / transfers

Our offices are located in Calcutta and the US. We also have consultants in the UK, Singapore and Canada. Employees may be transferred from one office to another.

We are looking for Google-certified professionals, a highly creative Flash and Flex architect with minimum two years of industry experience, PHP and ASP .NET programmers with at least two years of experience, and a business development manager with an IT or computer science background and a management degree.
