Recruitment policy for management trainees

Since this is our first year of operations, we recruited trainees and junior management with the help of consultants. From the next session, we plan to visit B-schools in Calcutta, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Mid-career recruitment

Mostly through internal referrals and consultants. We intend to start a referral incentive scheme.

Terms

Our academic employees are a mix of full-time members and consultants whereas the non-academic ones are generally on the payroll. The retirement age is 60 but we have senior people who are engaged as consultants.

Postings / transfers

Employees will be posted at our campuses in Mumbai, Calcutta and Ahmedabad. Transfer between group companies generally doesn’t happen.
