Jamshedpur, May 15: South Eastern Railway (SER) has decided to attach extra coaches to several long-distance trains passing through Tatanagar to cope with the rush.

SER sources said additional coaches would be attached to Tata-Alleppey, Tata-Yesvantpur, Tata-Chapra, Mumbai Mail, Puri-New Delhi Purushottam Express and several others as more than 4,000 reserved tickets for long-distance trains were being booked daily at Tatanagar.

SER will also run weekly special trains between Howrah and Hardwar via Tatanagar and Mughalsarai this summer.
