Someplace Else

The Friday Night Live event at Someplace Else on Friday is a party with a difference. Starting 7pm, performing artistes — whatever the talent, genre or ability — get five to eight minutes to show their stuff! You can sing, beat box, rap, read out poetry/prose, do some stand-up comedy or even use the projector to show 10 of the best pictures they have ever taken! Monica Dogra (of Shaa’ir + Func) will be on board, too, as the cohesive force in this phenomenal venture. Whoever registers first, 7pm onwards, gets a time slot.

Soho

The Kingfisher team is on the Hunt For The King, the Good Times Ambassador. The second last day of the search is at Soho on Saturday, starting 8pm. It moves to Tantra on Sunday night for the finals. You could be the lucky winner to join the cheerleaders in South Africa!
