Bhubaneswar, April 18: Orissa’s government and Christian leaders have appealed to the Centre not to withdraw all paramilitary forces from the state once voting ends there on April 23.

Delhi plans to pull out all 49 paramilitary companies now in Orissa and deploy them in other states.
