Imphal, March 18: Manipur Brothers Sporting Union clinched the Loktak Champions 2009 Invitation Football Tournament defeating Nungsai Chiru Youth Welfare Organisation 7-5 in penalty shootout at Keinou Kangjeibung in Bishnupur yesterday.

A brace by Ningthing in the 62nd and 65th minutes gave Nungsai a 2-0 lead. Roshan Singh of Manipur Brothers scored in the 70th minute and K. Paolin scored the equaliser in the 83rd minute.

For Manipur Brothers, L. Boipu Doungel, Kabir, Dhananjoy Singh, Dinakumar Singh and Roshan Singh scored in the penalty shootout.
